The aggression creates a ripple effect as you must take someone else's parking space, that person takes another parking space, and so on.

Meanwhile, homes rely on the streets to park vehicles. It's an unwritten rule for vehicles to park within the property line. Inconsiderate neighbors don't follow the rule. They use their garage to capacity, the street space, and your street space to accompany their guests continuously without permission.



2. View Blockage

The mountains, the lake, and the skyline are examples of breathtaking scenery people enjoy through their window. Tree planting, home additions, tall fences, and landscaping fixtures block the majestic beauty and neighbors can't see it anymore.
